Step into the world of industrial security with R2S! As our Confidential Security Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding essential operations for Raytheon-Rafael at the Camden, Arkansas site.
What Your Role Entails:
Act as the Camden Site’s Insider Threat Program Senior Official.
Develop and implement Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation strategies.
Conduct assessments in collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
Collaborate with the Security Manager on FOCI mitigation requirements.
Enforce compliance with security programs aligned with the NISPOM.
Investigate and report any security violations or concerns.
Support program management in fulfilling security requirements.
Manage the administration of confidential information and coordinate with governmental inspections.
Oversee self-inspections and educational sessions for security awareness and compliance.
Control access to facilities and manage badges for new hires and contractors.
Qualifications We Seek:
Four years of experience in a security role or a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of related experience.
Knowledge of NISPOM and DOD security regulations.
Additional Skills You Bring:
Experience with COMSEC.
Proven track record managing FOCI aspects, with a particular focus on security compliance.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Location: Be stationed full-time onsite at our Camden, AR facilities.
Travel: Limited to 10% domestic travel.
