The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.

We are recruiting the pioneering team for our Cyber

SG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation.

We are currently hiring a Venture Manager/Lead to anchor our Innovation (Venture Development) pillar.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute venture programmes that will help to nurture and grow cybersecurity companies in Singapore.

Source and build pipeline of potential cybersecurity companies for the programme.

Serve as a mentor, co-builder and evangelist in journeying with selected companies in achieving their milestones throughout the programme.

Cultivate relationships with mentors, industry experts, investors and partners to create a supportive network for the companies. Leverage on these connections to provide the companies with access to relevant expertise and resources, support them in fundraising and identify opportunities for growth.

Ensure smooth execution of programme activities and manage related stakeholders and resources, both internal and external.

Collaborate with local and global partners to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.

Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme progress and outcomes and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach.

Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience.

Requirements

No less than 10 years of working experience in roles related to technology commercialisation, of which with no less than 5 years of experience in a business leadership role.

Strong track record in developing and scaling up new ventures.

Strong network with innovation communities locally or overseas will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Possess strong leadership and people skills. Is driven, flexible, entrepreneurial and resourceful.

Good project management skills and readily embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting.
