Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
– Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
– Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
– Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
– Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
Experience:
– Possession of a valid security guard certificate.
– Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems.
– Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
– Experience in militaristic or law enforcement roles is a plus.
– Understanding of loss prevention techniques.
– Proficiency in conflict management.
