Weekend Overnight Concierge/Security 12:00 am – 8:00 am
We are hiring 2 for this position for every other weekend
Responsible for promoting a safe and secure environment while performing Concierge duties for our residents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Greets residents and visitors
Ensures visitors and vendors are properly screened
Conduct safety and security inspections of all community property
Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure all are secure
Investigate and report all irregularities such as firs hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unsecured
Respond to security calls from residents
Must have excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
