Role & Responsibilities
Enforce park rules and regulations
Monitor park assets to ensure guest and employee safety
Maintain vigilance during park operation hours, identify issues, and communicate with relevant departments
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Monitor guest safety and report conflicts
Handle emergencies calmly and effectively
Communicate clearly with park departments
Respond to safety calls, alarms, and emergencies
Use security systems like CCTV and access controls to monitor activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience considered
1+ year security experience preferred
North Carolina Security is a plus
Skills & Requirements
Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus
At least 18 years old
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, good driving record
Ability to operate security equipment and handle stressful situations
Excellent customer service skills
Physical & Working Conditions
Stand, walk, and stay on feet for long periods
Lift objects over 30 pounds
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including night shifts and dark environments
Exposure to noise, lights, and busy environments
