Key Responsibilities
Conduct Remote Consultations: Meet with clients virtually to discuss their financial goals, assess needs, and provide recommendations. Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs with clarity and professionalism
Provide Ongoing Customer Service: Address policyholder inquiries, assist with policy updates, and guide clients through claims processes
Build Long-Term Relationships: Regularly follow up with clients to review their needs, update policies, and ensure continuous support
Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and adhere to industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication with active listening abilities
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with digital tools, applications, and virtual meeting platforms
Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Upbeat Personality: Outgoing, fun, and energetic with a positive attitude
Time Management Expertise: Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities efficiently
Leadership Experience: Preferred but not required
