As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Set schedule: Day: 0700 to 1500: Saturday to Tuesday.
Competitive hourly wage of $17.85 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you greet guests or residents, answer phones, receive deliveries, and other front-end tasks.
You provide critical access control ensuring safety of residents, guests, and employees.
You are proficient with computers, CCTV, Communication devices, and other electronics.
You perform regular foot patrols inside and outside facility.
You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
You provide rapid response in critical situations.
You may be asked to park cars, as a valet, when needed.
You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
That you are physically able to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
You will also be asked to cover for any Team Members, during their break times.
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
You’re able to walk, sit, or stand throughout your shift.
You have attention to detail, and high work ethic.
You have outstanding people skills.
You have at least 1 year of security experience in a high-end residential community.
You have a valid PILB in hand.
You have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
You excel in using computers, CCTVs, communication devices, and other electronic tools.
You are at least 21 years of age.
You can work assigned schedule, as needed.
You have PROFESSIONAL grooming standards.
You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
