Job Summary:
A leading global software solutions provider is seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their global technology strategy and operations. This role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, adopting cutting-edge ML/AI technologies, and embedding a robust DevSecOps model to ensure secure and efficient IT operations. The successful candidate will align technological innovation with business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Global IT Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive global IT strategy that integrates emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to drive innovation and efficiency.
DevSecOps Implementation:Champion the adoption of a DevSecOps culture and framework, ensuring seamless integration of security practices into the software development lifecycle across the organization.
Technology Leadership:Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, focusing on automation, scalability, and operational excellence.
AI/ML Adoption:Identify opportunities for AI/ML technologies to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve customer experiences. Drive the integration of these technologies into core systems.
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity:Oversee the development of a secure and scalable global IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international standards and robust cybersecurity practices.
Global Team Management:Build and lead high-performing IT and security teams across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Data & Insights:Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions and leverage predictive modeling to anticipate business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with global and regional leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives, balancing innovation with risk management.
Vendor & Partnership Management:Build strategic partnerships with global technology providers, ensuring access to leading-edge tools and resources.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, managing global operations with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.
Expertise in implementing DevSecOps models and integrating security into agile development processes.
Strong understanding of machine learning, AI technologies, and their practical applications in business environments.
Deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements for data privacy, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
Experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructures, including cloud platforms, automation tools, and secure networks.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and align global teams with strategic goals.
A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in DevOps, cloud technologies, or AI/ML are highly desirable.
