Responsibilities: This position will maintain safety and security of college community.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Five years’ experience as a police officer with three years’ experience in a college/university environment. Minimum of two years police supervisory experience preferred. Master Police Office License (TCOLE) required. Valid Texas driver license. Must be knowledgeable in the use of a radio, weapon, and an automobile. Use of manual dexterity, climbing of stairs and ladders, and lifting and moving required.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000.

Fringe Benefits: This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee. Additional optional coverages include dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability. Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas or Optional Retirement Program, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program. Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
