Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Commissioned Officer to join our team. As a Commissioned Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining security and enforcing the regulations of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals and property within the assigned area. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
– Enforce regulations to maintain order and protect individuals and property
– Conduct patrols to monitor premises and detect any signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, accidents, or security breaches
– prepare detailed reports
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Provide assistance to individuals in need, including first aid or CPR if required
– Manage conflicts or disputes that arise within the assigned area
– Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
Requirements:
– Current Guard Card
– Previous experience in security is highly preferred
– Proficient in surveillance techniques
– Knowledge of conflict management
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
