Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Range Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests using the range.
Responsibilities
Monitor shooters to ensure they follow all safety protocols.
Enforce range rules, including proper firearm handling, loading, and shooting procedures.
Quickly address and correct unsafe behavior.
Provide new shooters with safety briefings and range orientations.
Assist customers with firearm rentals, proper handling, and basic range etiquette.
Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, credit cards, memberships).
Inspect and maintain range equipment, including target systems and safety barriers.
Ensure the range is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies (targets, ammo, ear & eye protection).
Dispose of spent casings and keep firing lanes clear.
Requirements
Must have firearm knowledge.
Must pass drug and background test.
Must be 21+ of age.
Basic Computer Skills
Good Customer Service
Knowledge of firearms form #4473 is Plus.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
