TheHR Officer for Data Management and Documentationis providing data entry support services to all functional areas within the Human Resources Department. This role entails collecting and overseeing HR data, ensuring its efficient organization and storage, with strong focus on data integrity, security accessibility and confidentiality which is aligned and in compliance with Republic Act 10171 or “The Data Privacy Act of 2012.” Contributes to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and timeliness of data processing and report generation.
Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related courses
At least 3 Years of Experience in Human Resources Management
Excellent understanding of HR Processes, data administration and management functions
Must be proficient in database management and information system technologies
Proficient in MS Office applications
With analytical mindset and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail • With good communication and collaboration skills
