We are looking for anIT Cyber Security Specialistto join the Moleskine IT Team in Milan.
Main activities:
The figure will be responsible for:
Create and manager the guidelines to maintain the Company’s information security management standards;
Mantain and improve the Cyber Security procedures in line with Company standards and technological evolution;
Identify and propose any developments of Cyber Security matters and support the manager in upgrades of the IT Infrastructure;
Support the manager to ensure the operation of the IT Infrastructure;
Minimize service interruptions and promptly resolve any malfunctions through the traceability of the ticketing system and interfacing with external suppliers;
Support the creation and application of IT project management methods and tools;
Support the manager in audits, security assessments and the investigation of any system violations in order to intercept critical aspects;
Support the manager in the development of Share Point, PowerApp and development components from the Office 365 suite.
Qualifications and requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required;
Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics;
Experience in project management, with strongly developed organizational and time management skills to handle a project from beginning to completion;
Proactivity, flexibility, determination;
Good knowledge of English.
They represent a preferential right:
Good Knowledge of Office 365 development tools as Sharepoint, Powerapp, Powerautomate;
Good Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Cyber Security knowledge.
