Job Title: Loss Prevention Analytics Assistant
Responsibilities and Expectations:
The purpose of this job description is to give new employees an overview of what is expected of a Loss Prevention Analytics Assistant. The Loss Prevention Analytics Assistant must report to the Director of Loss Prevention and Safety for assistance and guidance.
Job Duties:
Review high risk stores daily using the Loss Prevention Analytics technology in C-Store Office using the assigned C-Store Office log in credentials.
Review suspicious voids, refunds, and no-sales events using the Loss Prevention Analytics technology daily
Review any other high risk loss prevention activities daily. Other events could include theft of merchandise, theft of money, and theft of any other good, but those an not all inclusive
Review any type of major policy violations that may be witnessed during the reviewal of loss prevention activities
Review all stores for connectivity to the Loss Prevention Analytics technology. Any lack of connectivity to the Loss Prevention Analytics system should be reported in employees daily email
Report all suspicious loss prevention activities, potential policy violations, and stores that may have limited or no connectivity to Loss Prevention Analytics cameras once per day at the end of the day via an encapsulating email to Doug Smith, Miles Harrell, and Jordan Harrell using the company provided email address that is assigned
Job Specifications:
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to watch camera footage
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work a 4 hour shift in business casual attire, without the use of personal cell phone
Employees must work twenty (20) hours/week and for the purposes of this job description, from 8AM-12PM at the main Jernigan Oil Company, Inc. office building in Ahoskie, NC. If the employee cannot work from 8AM-12PM, the employee must make up the time in the afternoon hours from 1PM-5PM.
