Luxury Retail Protection Officer
Pay rate: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule:
Coverage is required 7 days a week, on rotating shifts, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a professional presence that is a deterrent to criminal activity.
Partner with store leadership to support asset protection agents.
Assist with investigations and apprehending shoplifters.
Monitor and report suspicious activity.
Recover client assets.
Courteous and timely responses to internal client requests.
Exchanges and verifies job related information to provide support.
Basic Qualifications:
Be a Cardinal Point Ambassador:
Be on time. Look sharp. Be vigilant. Be consistent.
Must have at least three years of security experience in a luxury retail setting.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors
Ability to manage and prioritize their time; able to multitask
Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
Reliable means of transportation.
Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
