Physical Security Manager
Pay: $95,000 – $156,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (OT and weekends as required).
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Position Overview:
They will be under the direction of the Overseas Security Manager; the incumbent will administer and manage the technical and physical security process and systems for TUMM1.
Position Description:
Master and lead the team to implement various policies and BPM processes of the enterprise.
According to the characteristics of the security zone and the overall security objectives, establish a complete and effective security prevention system, highlight the inspection and control of important sites, links, personnel, and property, and maintain the order of office, manufacturing, and life in the area of jurisdiction.
Establish the security team’s organizational structure and develop the position duties and SOP of the overall security system.
Achieve the security management goals of rationalizing the system process, standardizing the system, and regularizing management.
Develop and regularly revise the emergency response plan for emergency security & disaster incidents in the area of jurisdiction, train, manage, and improve the team’s response capability to deal with emergency security incidents, and organize joint security drills for various situations.
Respond to and control emergency security incidents & disaster incidents and minimize the harm to personnel & assets.
Provide safety & security support for large-scale events in the area of jurisdiction, develop special security plans, and organize and implement them on site.
Regularly impart, test, supervise, and the professional theories and skills of the security team, fairly and objectively assess and feedback on the attendance and performance of subordinate staff.
Manage suppliers in accordance with security contracts, SOW & SLA.
Manage security documentation.
Strictly control funds flow on a budget to reduce unnecessary expenditure.
Lead the team to implement the confidentiality system.
Grasp the requirements of superiors and feedback from various departments timely, be good at coordinating the needs of all departments, provide constructive suggestions to superiors, and increase customer satisfaction with security support.
Adhere to the policies and processes of the Department and complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in security management or related field preferred.
Must hold a valid security certificate, obtaining ASIS CPP (Certified Protection Professional), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or other security professional education certification is preferred.
