Looking for a self-motivated, knowledgeable and experienced team lead candidate. Looking for someone who is accountable, responsible and dedicated to the standards we pride in. Candidate must engage, communicate and interact regularly with our employees and find solutions when issues arise.
Must have open availability and must be trainable and teachable.
In this position, you will play a critical role at Southern Jamm and lead security personnel, developing strategy, setting goals, and providing performance and professional development feedback. We are looking for someone who is wanting something long term. Someone who is wanting to grow within a company.
This will be a part time or full time position. Within this role would be a team lead position that would help assist and lead your own team during an event or at a job site. We have a lot of events that we do in the Huntsville area. Needing team leads to help lead our team at these events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
