Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Track employee and client activity through technology and translate into reports.
Respond to Managed Security Services Vendor Provider Partners in a timely manner;
Manage/track/resolve incidents;
Maintain an understanding of the technical components that are critical to combat attacks and remediate network vulnerabilities;
Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential vulnerability to client support.
Maintain an adequate level of understanding as to the capabilities of scripting and programming that may assist with the automation of Security Operations Center processes and Security Monitoring;
Perform additional duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
