Job Description
Allied Universal is hiring aGuardian CountySecurity Dispatcher.TheGuardian CountySecurity Dispatcherhas high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient flow of information from the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Control Rooms to the Corporate Security Management. The SOC is a 24/7 operation which provides the Security Operations Team with a comprehensive monitoring approach to provide broad visibility of activity across the enterprise, leverages intelligence from several systems and technology databases that provide advanced correlation, and analysis capabilities to deliver a prioritized list of actionable security incidents to the Security Operations Team.
$20.34/ hour
Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday, 6:00PM – 6:00AM
Thursday, 11:59PM – 6:00AM
3+ year verifiable security experience
Previous Disptach Experience, required

Requirements:
Be at least 21+ years of age for airport roles
Required Valid Florida Licenses:Driver’s License, Security Class D License
Possess a high school diploma withoneof the following to be considered for this role:
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones; operate IP based telephone system
Radio Dispatch; use multi-channel communications
Radio and call logging
Incident Report issuance and collection
Operations support; routing of call information to the appropriate units for handling
Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring station
Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systems
