Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $20 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Must possess a valid security license

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee safety, managing and overseeing scheduling, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. Supervisors will cover multiple sites throughout the Atlanta Area and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs.
Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Supervisors will work closely with their Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.
Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.
Supervisors are responsible for maintaining and upholding CGS scheduling and staffing standards; they will oversee interviews and training of new officers.

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.
Pay and Benefits:

Position Requirements:
3-5 years supervisory experience
Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is not required but is a plus
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
Scheduling Experience required
Security License required
Customer service experience is a plus
