As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for;

-Scheduling

You are responsible for scheduling the accounts you are assigned per the clients needs. This means building the schedules on Sheets in Google Drive and Humanity. As you schedule new guards, you must explain the humanity clock in/out process to the guards and help them with activating their account. You are able to schedule yourself at your accounts for your predetermined managers rate. This should be done in the event of significant issues on site.

-Maintaining Schedules /

Schedules for the previous week are to be current by Monday in order for invoices to be sent out in a timely manner and for payroll entry on pay weeks. Throughout the week, attention should be paid to the schedules and humanity clock in/out times so this work is not left all for Monday. Not only will this allow the company to send out invoices on time and enter payroll on time, it will also allow you to understand who is consistently late on the sites you manage or make you aware of any other scheduling related issues on your sites.

-Client Relations

You are to serve as the liaison between company and the client. Any issues at the account will be brought to your attention by the client and should be rectified by you. These issues should be brought to the attention of Executive Management Team ASAP with your plan of action to fix the issues.

-Site Visits

You are to visit the sites you manage as needed to oversee the security operation and manage the staff. During these visits you are to gather feedback from the client regarding our staff. Issues and observations of bad behavior by the client should not build up over time resulting in the client contacting MLPS ownership with an issue. Your role is to be proactive and notice issues before the client. You should also be conducting Officer Evaluations while on site. The results of these evaluations should influence your staffing decisions and training agendas. The results of these evaluations should be discussed at weekly manager meetings.

-Trainings

Site Trainings should be conducted no less than 4 times a year. Trainings should also be conducted when issues are present on site. It is your responsibility to schedule and conduct these trainings or if a site manager is present on site oversee the training as run by the site manager. After a training is conducted you are to fill out the MLPS Training Management Form with what was covered and the date of the training.
