Demonstrated experience with:
Developing optimal IAM processes and efficient operations
IAM systems platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle, IAM, Saviynt, and Microsoft.
Managing IAM service sustainment and service request processes, including requested IAM modifications, configuration changes, service performance tracking and reporting.
Operating ancillary identity platforms including SailPoint and Privileged Access Management Systems, including CyberArk.
Familiarity with regulations and audit requirements to deliver access certification and provisioning.
Documenting current processes and technology configurations and can confirm maturity of current state capability with key stakeholders.
Defining and documenting the IAM service transition strategy to assume operational control of the IAM environment.
Initiating processes which enable APIs or connectivity to 3rd party IT environment to support reporting and ticketing systems.
Client-facing and managing small teams in Cincinnati and Dallas.
Supervisory experience of operational teams including consultants, senior consultants, and managers (or equivalent).
