Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Patrol assigned areas and maintain a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
– Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents, medical emergencies, or disturbances
– Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and security
– Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and protect the property
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Familiarity with loss prevention principles and practices
– Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
– Possess a valid First Aid/CPR certificate or willingness to obtain one
– Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions
