Full Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Responsibilities: – Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises – Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle – Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards – Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities – Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner – Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations Experience: – Proven experience in security roles or related field – Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques – Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies calmly and efficiently – Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures – Background in law enforcement, loss prevention, or military is a plus – Possession of relevant security certificates/licenses Benefits: – Competitive salary based on experience – Opportunities for career advancement within the security field – Training provided for specific job requirements Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent – Must be at least 18 years old – Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by the company – Strong communication skills and attention to detail
