H&S Protection Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an entry level Security Technician at our Stevens Point, WI location.
Technicians are responsible for installation, maintenance and repair service throughout Wisconsin. We are seeking individuals with technical skills and knowledge in any of the following areas:
Basic construction knowledge, and comfortable with hand tools and power tools
CCTV, digital and analog cameras and recording systems
Smart Home Integration
Access control
Intrusion/Burglar Alarms
Fire detection/alarms
Computer networking and trouble shooting
Responsibilities of this position include:
Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Burglary and Fire systems
Exceptional customer communication during installations and service to professionally inform customers regarding the status of their systems, schedule changes, proper use of systems, and recommendations to resolve issues.
Ensures assigned work is completed on-time and within budget
Maintain and submit accurate paperwork and documentation
Installing/pulling cable and wire
Installing conduit, core drilling
Mounting panels control panels and peripheral devices
Programming, configuration, and system testing and inspections
Job Requirements:
Must have valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
Must pass criminal background check
Must be willing to be on a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 4-5 weeks)
