The Senior Loss Prevention Manager shall be in charge of maintaining and securing a safe environment for our customers.
This position is responsible for the following:
Implement and monitor processes on security risks to reduce property or financial losses at stores and warehouse.
Lead investigations on suspected internal theft, external theft, or vendor fraud and provide reports to store management.
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures for loss prevention, physical security, or risk management.
Work with store management to ensure that customers and employees remain safe and secure.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain records of all security incidents and investigations.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Coordinate with security officer and CS office on loss incidents.
Educate employees on risk management and loss prevention activities.
Lead activity on Stock Take Loss under inventory, such as store, warehouse, and HQ.
Remain up-to-date on security trends and developments.
