To lead the implementation of the Enterprise Security Services strategy by designing the security services plans in order to support enterprises with their technology transformation initiatives. To lead the revenue growth of the Enterprise Security portfolio by developing fit-for-purpose enterprise security solutions in order to secure MTN EBU brand as a trusted service provider.
Key Deliverables
Strategy Implementation
· Direct the Enterprise Security Services function by leveraging the MTN brand and industry standards in order to position MTN security services as the trusted brand in the industry.
· Champion the Enterprise Security Services vision by developing the enterprise security services framework in order to enable portfolio and market growth.
· Contribute towards the Product Security strategy by analysing market trends, customer and business requirements in order to enhance revenue growth initiatives.
Enterprise Security Services Delivery
· Define the Enterprise Security Services roadmap by developing and outlining implementation plans that enable the function to deliver best-in-class security services.
· Establish a holistic enterprise security portfolio by identifying market needs in order to enable the development of industry-leading security solutions.
· Contribute towards the integration of ICT solutions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including peer product managers from other lines of business, in order to position MTN as an end-to-end ICT service provider.
· Drive delivery of security services to enterprises by translating their unique security requirements into security tools, so as to enable these enterprises to identify and address their unique security risks in line with regulatory requirements.
· Stay abreast of industry best practice by conducting research and evaluating industry best practice, local conditions and competitor activity, in order to provide insight into modern security trends that are in line with an ever-changing security landscape.
· Evaluate the performance of the enterprise security product by analysing the revenue generated from the product against set targets in order to identify areas of improvement within the product portfolio.
· Engage with enterprise clients by defining the scope of work for individual enterprises in order to support them in assessing their overall maturity and gaps and enabling their technology transformation journeys.
· Contribute towards ICT products solutions offerings by leveraging and managing relationships with alliance partners in order to provide competitive product solutions.
· Provide specialist knowledge within the ICT function by analysing and translating key industry information into meaningful intelligence to enable decision making.
· Manage and maintain a client-centric managed security services structure by monitoring and developing plans to enhance positive customer experience in order to maximise value in the product offerings.
· Foster relationships with enterprise clients by designing a consultative engagement framework to enable MTN to be a trusted security partner.
· Maximise product value by identifying opportunities for product expansions and areas of obsolescence to deliver agile enterprise security solutions.
· Enhance product innovation by working with other product teams to lead new thinking and nurture new product ideas throughout the product life cycle.
