(Order )Responsibilities:
This employee will be in charge of mainly 2 IT functions across the bank:
Technology Risk Management (Regulatory Requirement)
IT Security Control / Incident Management / Cyber Security Detail responsibilities & duties:
Manage Branch IT Risk Framework (eg: IT Risk Register, Technology Committee, critical system assessment, due diligence of IT outsourcing)
Working with Japan HO’s IT Risk Management Division – Cyber Security Team & performing system
risk assessment
or conduct regular Cyber Security Exercise(AM & Above) Conduct Cyber Security Training for employees and
Senior Management
; (Senior Officer) Provide support and assistance in conducting trainings:
General security awareness training to all employees
Cyber Security Incident desktop exercise to
Senior Management
Manage and maintain IT Policy and Procedures Responsible for third-party assessment counter person such as IT Auditor and implement appropriate mitigation/remediation plan(AM & Above) Oversee the Security Control of IT environment; (Senior Officer) Assist in overseeing the Security Control:
Working with IT infra team & IT Dev team to improve security enhancement such as Patch Management / MAS vulnerability circulation, Access Control and Monitor the segregation control of each IT role Review and manage contract renewal with IT vendors under MAS Outsourcing Guideline Requirements:(Assistant Manager / Manager)
At least 5 years of IT Risk and Cyber Security experience in thebanking sectorwith proficiency in MAS technology regulations(Senior Officer) Junior candidates with2 to 3 years of IT Risk or Cyber Security experience in banking sectoror similar regulated industry can also be considered
The potential hire should possess in-depth technical knowledge of network PC/Devices, multiple Cloud Service or/and platform operating systems with
strongcommunicationskills
to act both independently and within the IT team
Good attitude and readiness to take on any relevant assignment and the ability to learn and work smoothly is expected
