We are seeking reliable, experienced security officers to join our team in safeguarding the multi-building campus of a high-tech business in the Tarentum area. As a member of our security team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety. Exceptional customer service skills are required, as this role involves close interaction with client personnel in an integrated team environment. Applicants should be comfortable working with computers and mobile devices. Most importantly, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Monday – Friday: 3p-11p
Monday – Friday 11p-7a
Sunday & Saturday 7a-3p
Sunday & Saturday 3p-11p
Sunday & Saturday 11p-7a
Key Responsibilities:
Access Control for Buildings (Badging/Visitor Logging)
Mobile Patrols of Parking Lots and Unstaffed Buildings
Emergency Response
Monitoring Security Cameras
Interior Foot Patrols
Reporting Security, Safety, and Facilities Incidents
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of security experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills
General knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
No significant criminal conviction history
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (officers must patrol campus using a company-provided and fueled vehicle)
Comfortable working with computers and cellphones
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
Must be able to scan checkpoints across the site.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $17.30 – $18.50 per hour
Expected Hours: No more than 40 hours per week
